Policies

Ordering

We can not add itmes to an existing order. Please review your order and make certain that you have everything you need.

Shipping

If you place your order before 12 pm CT, Tuesday - Friday, your order will ship out on that day. Delivery time takes 1 - 5 business days, depending on type of shipping and your location. Orders received during the weekend will ship on Tues. The quoted shipping rates are the actual FedEx cost with no added handling fees.

Will Call

If you place your order before 12 pm CT, Tuesday - Friday, your order will be ready for pickup by 5 pm. Will call orders received on the weekends will be filled on the following Tues. (Closed Monday)

In store discounts are not available for will call.

Perishable Items

If you suspect a problem with any ingredients, contact us immediately – do not brew. Proper use, storage, and procedure is the responsibility of the customer.

Out of Stock Items

If an item is out of stock due to inventory error, customers will be notified by Phone or email to discuss possible substitutions or solutions to the error.

Returns

It is the policy of our company to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers.

Perishable and Consumable Ingredients - Laws of the Texas’s Department of Health do not allow for the return of perishable and consumable ingredients. We cannot return these products.

Defective equipment or materials damage - Damageddue to shipping or non-functioning equipment can be replaced if you follow these instructions:

  1. Refunds and exchanges cannot be made after 30 days of purchase.
  2. Do not return materials unless you have a return materials authorization number.
  3. Call us at 682- 647-1267 or email us info@texasbrewing.com. Please include the invoice number and described the problem.
  4. In the event that the material can be exchanged or money refunded, we will give you an “Authorized Return Number”. Shipping charges will be at the shipper’s expense.
  5. The customer is responsible for shipping cost of any returned products. If Texas Brewing made an error in shipment or if an item was damaged or defective we will cover the cost of ground shipment only.
  6. A copy of the original invoice and the “Return Goods Number” must be included with the returned merchandise. It must be pack in the original box with packing material.
